Do you know that Monty Python song "I'm not dead yet"? So, change 'dead' to 'cured' and sing a long with me. No? Okay, you can just hum a few bars, it's very catchy.
Perhaps the description of the blog should read "how one woman is CURING herself of depression"....yada yada. Perhaps that would be more accurate. Well, not perhaps, it WOULD be more accurate. But I like the way the description looks as it is and, as the days, weeks, years unfold I predict that the description will be accurate.
Why am I doing this? Why am I writing all this down for the world (okay, don't get too cocky ~ the small corner of cyberspace who might stumble upon this) to see? Simply because I think it'll help me and it might help one or two others. That's all.
As the days unfold, I will share my journey. I will tell you what I have done and am doing to rescue myself from almost debilitating depression, obesity, poor health, financial disaster, a stressed out marriage, and unhappy friendships. Gosh, sounds like a fun read, huh? I promise, though, that if you stick with me, we can, together journey into light.
